Asverra order help
To track your Asverra order, enter your tracking number, or use your order number with the email address you entered at checkout. The order number is in your order confirmation. We send the tracking link by email when your parcel ships.
Delivery times and shipping costs
Our product pages estimate 2–4 business days to dispatch, followed by 5–12 business days for delivery. The destination and carrier can affect the timing. For orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia or another destination, enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping charge before you pay. If tracking stalls or says delivered
If the estimated delivery window has passed, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact customer support. Include your order number and the latest tracking update so we can look into the shipment with the carrier.
If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item
Email contact@asverra.com with your order number. For damage, attach clear photos of the item and its packaging. For a wrong item, tell us which item you ordered and what arrived. Wait for the instructions for your order before sending anything back.
How to request a return
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- For a standard return, keep the item unused and unaltered, with its original tags, packaging and included components.
- Wait for the return address and instructions for your order before mailing it. Customers generally pay return postage unless the item is defective or we made an error.
