i've had this for about two months now and use it literally every day for work. the soft fabric exterior hasn't shown any real wear yet which surprised me. i carry my ipad, charger, wallet, phone, water bottle, and sometimes a book and there's still space. the adjustable strap is great because i'm 5'2 and most shoulder bags hang too low on me but this one i can tighten up perfectly. the cat inspired mosaic print always gets noticed, had a stranger at a coffee shop ask me about it last week. my only note is the slip pockets could be slightly deeper.
