Practical Questions

Is the payment secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption for 100% secure card payments. We also offer PayPal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing the tracking link once your order has been shipped. Simply click on "Track My Order." For full tracking details, please scroll down the tracking page where you will find all updates.

No worries if this email takes a few days to arrive in your inbox.

You can also track your order without this email by following the instructions available on the tracking page by clicking here.

Please note: make sure to use the same email address you used for your order. Otherwise, the order will appear as "not found."

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in preparation or shipping.

If you want to modify your order, please include all the details in your email: product or color to change, items to add, etc.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you made a mistake or wish to change your order’s delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change needed.

If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify the address.

If your order is lost due to an incorrect address provided, Asverra cannot be held responsible and no compensation will be possible.

Where and how can I add a discount code?

You can add a discount code directly on the checkout page. This is the same page where you enter your shipping information.

The "discount code" box is located:

  • At the top and bottom of the page on mobile.
  • On the right side of the page on desktop.
My discount code isn’t working!

If the code shows as "invalid" ,please make sure you have entered it exactly as given, including uppercase letters.

If it’s a code you received by email (for example, a welcome code), verify that you have entered the same email address in the contact information on the checkout page.

Does Asverra offer any warranties?

Yes, absolutely! If your product arrives damaged, if your package appears lost, or if the item does not meet your expectations, don’t worry! Send us an email and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?

Unfortunately, no. We do not currently offer delivery to pickup points.

Therefore, please provide your home address with the same name as shown on your mailbox when placing your order.

Please note that in case of failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Asverra cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

How long does delivery usually take?

Once you have placed your order, our team does its best to ship your package within 48-72 hours.

Delivery takes between 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. You will be notified by email and SMS with updates on your order, and you can track it using your tracking number in the "Track My Order" section.

Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?

If you place an order with multiple products, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the fastest delivery time.

Where are Asverra orders shipped from?

At Asverra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer worldwide shipping from our warehouses located in the United States, France, Germany, and Asia, depending on stock availability.

How do I care for Asverra’s vegan leather products?
