This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from asverra.com (the “Site”).


PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Cookies

Below is a list of cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether to allow them:

  • session_id: Unique session identifier that allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.)

  • shopify_visit: No stored data, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our web provider’s internal statistics system to record visit counts

  • shopify_uniq: No stored data, expires at midnight (visitor’s local time) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer

  • cart: Unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores shopping cart information

  • _secure_session_id: Unique session identifier

  • storefront_digest: Unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access

We also use:

  • Log files to track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps

  • Web beacons, tags, and pixels which are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site


ORDER INFORMATION

When you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

This information is referred to as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.


HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill orders placed through the Site, including:

  • processing your payment information

  • arranging shipping

  • providing invoices and/or order confirmations

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
