REFUND POLICY – ASVERRA

At Asverra, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition, with all tags, packaging, and included components

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@asverra.com with your order number. Within 48 hours, our team will reply with full return instructions, including the correct return address for your order. Please do not ship any item back before receiving these instructions, as returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

  • a defect, or

  • an error made by Asverra (wrong or faulty item)

Asverra is not responsible for items lost during the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, especially for items valued over $75 USD.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@asverra.com and include clear photos of:

  • the damaged item

  • the packaging

We may offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery: We do not offer refunds for delivery delays. Estimated delivery times should be considered before placing an order. Delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or weather are outside our control.

Marked “Delivered” But Not Received: If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, we can request an investigation with the carrier. However, Asverra is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address / Missed Pickup: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or uncollected packages from pickup points. If re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.

Promotions & Sale Items

Sale items may be eligible for a refund.
For promotional offers such as Buy One Get One Free, if you return one item, the promotion will be removed and your refund will be adjusted based on the original price of the items you keep. Free promotional items cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
