Order Processing & Delivery Times Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing your items. Your package will typically be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

(A little note from us: While this is our standard processing time, during periods of exceptionally high demand, it might occasionally take up to 72 hours to dispatch your order. Please know that we deeply value your time. We are fully committed to speed, and our team works passionately to get your beautiful new bag on its way to you as quickly as humanly possible.)

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of $5.90 USD applies (or the equivalent in your local currency, shown at checkout).

Peak Seasons & Exceptional Circumstances During special occasions (like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or exclusive Asverra sales), our fulfillment partners and trusted global carriers experience high demand. During these exceptional times, please allow an extended delivery window of an additional 5 to 10 business days. We work tirelessly to get your bag to you promptly, but please understand that extended delivery times during peak seasons do not constitute grounds for a refund. Additionally, Asverra cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or carrier disruptions.

Asverra works with trusted fulfillment partners, and some items may be shipped from our international facilities. This is fully reflected in the estimated delivery times below, so you always know what to expect.

Address Modifications Made a slight mistake at checkout? Don’t worry! You can request an address change on the exact same day you place your order. However, once the next day begins, our system locks your shipping details to ensure swift dispatch, and changes will no longer be possible. Any delivery errors or delays resulting from incorrect details will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Address Guidelines For a seamless delivery experience, please provide your complete residential address and ensure the name provided matches the one on your mailbox. We highly recommend avoiding lockers, PO boxes, shopping centers, or restaurants, as these locations have a high delivery failure rate. If you choose to use one of these locations, or if a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the responsibility falls to the customer, and unfortunately, no refund can be issued. (If your billing address differs from your delivery address, please simply inform us at checkout).

To bring your new favorite bag to your doorstep, our standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 12 business days. (Please note: Delivery times are strictly calculated in business days, which means weekends and public holidays are not included).

Refused Parcels We put our hearts into crafting and packaging your Asverra bags. If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed upon delivery, it is frequently not returned to us by the carrier and in many cases cannot be recovered. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds for refused or unclaimed deliveries.

Lost or "Delivered" Packages The moment your order leaves our hands, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your bag's journey.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please contact us. We will immediately launch an official investigation with the carrier. However, please be aware that Asverra cannot be held liable if a package was stolen from your mailbox or porch after a confirmed delivery, and we are unable to offer refunds in these specific cases.
